I had a great stay at the hotel. The room I booked was a Deluxe double room with a balcony and it was just perfect! The best aspect was definitely the morning view of the surroundings. It was so refreshing to have a cup of tea while enjoying the view. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional, always eager to help. I also loved the restaurant's awesome meals collection! The breakfast was included in the room price and it was outstanding. It was the best meal compared to other hotels where I've stayed before.
Nothing could have been better.

Best place with friendly staff! The hotel was in a great location, close to all the attractions, so we didn't have to travel much. The room was very clean and tidy, with an amazing view of the tea plantation. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with everything we needed. We loved the local breakfast, it was very well made and delicious, just what we needed for the busy day ahead.
The room could have been cleaner, as there were some long hairs on the floor and in the bathroom, and the towels were not changed every day. The second problem was with the food, which was a bit oily, but their Hill Cool special dish was really good.

Had a fantastic Xmas break at this pretty mountain hotel! Birthday decorations in our neat & tidy room were an unexpected and pleasant touch. Local tour suggested by reception was a highlight- waterfalls were a short and scenic walk, & the cool mountain air was refreshing! Service at this hotel was superb & personalized, without being invasive.
Our room had a leaky shower & the hot water supply wasn't great after early evening. the mattress was hard for my back but my spouse found it comfortable enough.

Located amidst beautiful tea fields, this hotel offers excellent hospitality with friendly staff who go above and beyond. Delicious food and a variety of dishes await in the restaurant. the guest rooms and dormitories are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the lake, mountain, or tea fields. Guests can enjoy a free tour of nearby attractions, including a tea factory and beautiful waterfalls.
Despite its wonderful amenities, the hotel lacks proper security and supervision, which can lead to disturbances in guests' comfort.
